AJ was truly exceptional, and his responsiveness was incredible. He delivered above and beyond service to me and my son. We strongly will recommend AJ for any real estate transaction whether it is a purchase or a sale. It was a great surprise how easy it was to work with him considering the fact that it wasn’t a straightforward deal since the home was for my son who is a first home buyer and is out of state. We never felt that we were an inconvenience for him, nor did he ever pressure us to purchase a home that was not in my son's budget. He gave us an incredible amount of information about the process, county inspections and his delivery of the information was straightforward. My son was very anxious however AJ being calm and patient with him kept his anxiety low and we both had the confidence that he would get the job done and they did! AJ was aware that it is important to ensure the clients need to have the necessary information to make informed decisions whether small or big, like purchasing a house and that the client's expectations are established appropriately and met. AJ exceeded in both aspects. This is an invaluable quality to have as a service provider and not everyone has it, however it is crucial to have it. If either of us texted him a question or asked for an update he would often respond within 2 minutes or less. My son got his dream house recently and we could not be any more appreciative of AJ and his quality service did not end with the sale as he on his own checked in to make sure all is well and made a couple of recommendations for us for other services that I had asked for. Should we ever need to make another purchase/sale my son and I know that we have a friend in real estate. The amount of effort and time he put into walking us through the process was greatly appreciated. Many agents were recommended to us; however, we were the lucky ones to have met AJ. AJ did more than expected and made us feel as if we were his first priority.
